When your smartphone is not charging / जब चार्ज न हो आपका स्मार्टफोन

If your phone is not charging then first of all remove the charging adapter and plug it again. If possible try plugging the USB cable into another phone, it may be that the USB cable itself is faulty. 

 Check the adapter if the USB cable is correct. Sometimes the pins of the USB port are also broken, due to which the phone cannot be charged. Use the 'Recovery Mode' given in the phone. It is possible that your phone is not charging due to some software fault. 

 Try to keep your phone clean. Sometimes there is a problem in charging due to the accumulation of dust in the phone. 

 If your phone is very old then it may be that its battery power has gone down or the battery is completely bad. In this case, put the new battery in the phone. If the battery is in-built then show the phone to a service center. 

 If not necessary, do not use the phone during charging, it is more likely to heat the phone, especially do not play games while the phone is charging. 

 Keep in mind that charging each phone requires a different charging current, so charge your phone from the same port, which makes it easy to charge.

अगर आपका फोन चार्ज नहीं हो रहा है तो सबसे पहले चार्जिंग एडाप्टर निकालकर उसे दोबारा प्लग करें। संभव हो तो यूएसबी केबल को किसी दूसरे फोन में लगाकर देख लें, हो सकता है कि यूएसबी केबल में ही खराबी हो। 

अगर यूएसबी केबल सही है तो एडाप्टर की जांच करें। कभी कभी यूएसबी पोर्ट के पिन भी टूट जाते हैं, जिससे फोन चार्ज नहीं हो पाता। फोन में दिए गए 'रिकवरी मोड' का उपयोग करें। संभव है किसी सॉफ्टवेयर फॉल्ट की वजह से आपका फोन चार्ज न हो रहा हो। 

अपने फोन को साफ रखने का प्रयास करें। कभी-कभी फोन में धूल जमने की वजह से चार्ज होने में दिक्कत आती है। अगर आपका फोन काफी पुराना है तो हो सकता है कि उसकी बैटरी पावर कम हो गई हो या बैटरी बिल्कुल ही खराब हो चुकी हो। 

ऐसे में नई बैटरी फोन में डाल लें। अगर बैटरी इन-बिल्ट है तो फोन को सर्विस सेंटर में दिखाएं। अगर जरूरत न हो तो चार्जिंग के दौरान फोन का इस्तेमाल न करें, इससे फोन के हीट होने की संभावना ज्यादा रहती है, 

खासकर फोन चार्जिंग के दौरान गेम न खेलें। ध्यान रहे कि हर फोन को चार्ज करने के लिए अलग-अलग चार्जिंग करेंट की जरूरत होती है, इसलिए उसी पोर्ट से अपना फोन चार्ज करें, जिससे आपका फोन आसानी से चार्ज होता है।
