व्हॉट्सएप से आधार और पैनकार्ड जैसे जरूरी दस्तावेज डाउनलोड करने के लिए सबसे पहले 'माईजीओवी हेल्पडेस्क' के कॉन्टैक्ट नंबर को फोन में सेव करें। अब माईजीओवी हेल्पडेस्क चैटबॉट को ओपन करें। 

यूजर्स को माईजीओवी हेल्पडेस्क चैट में 'नमस्ते' या 'हाय' टाइप करना होगा। आपसे 'डिजीलॉकर' या 'को-विन' में से किसी एक सर्विस चुनने को कहा • जाएगा। आपको डिजीलॉकर सर्विस का चयन करना होगा। चैटबॉट में आधार नबंर से डिजीलॉकर अकाउंट को लिंक करना होगा। 

फोन नंबर रजिस्टर्ड होने के बाद चैटबॉट में • डिजीलॉकर अकाउंट के साथ लिंक दस्तावेज दिखेंगे। आप अपने दस्तावेज पीडीएफ फॉर्म में डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं।..

To download important documents like Aadhar and PAN card from WhatsApp, first save the contact number of 'MyGov Helpdesk' in the phone. 

 Now open MyGov Helpdesk Chatbot. Users will have to type 'Hi' or 'Hi' in the MyGov helpdesk chat. • You will be asked to choose between 'DigiLocker' or 'Co-Win'. 

 You have to select DigiLocker service. In the chatbot, the DigiLocker account has to be linked with the Aadhaar number. Once the phone number is registered, the chatbot will display the documents linked with the DigiLocker account. You can download your documents in PDF form.
